Give us your credit card number over the phone, and we'll pay for the shipping by FedEx Ground to any U.S. address, usually 2 to 5 days. Need it faster? FedEx 2-Day service is only $25 extra, FedEx Overnight $60 extra.

Express Credit Card Checkout We now offer a shopping-cart system for using your credit card that is handled through PayPal for guaranteed security. We really prefer to talk to you directly when you're placing an order to make sure you're buying the model that is best for your application, but we understand if you just want to get it going right away. Unfortunately, this system is not for orders shipping outside the U. S., since we have to calculate your shipping charge separately.

We'll respond to you in an e-mail before we send it out to confirm your order. We have had good luck with people sending us their credit card number in two pieces for security protection: just send the first eight digits in one e-mail, and the other eight and the expiration date in a followup e-mail. Or you can e-mail us your phone number and a good time to call, and we'll call you!

If you need to give us a company check, call us, and we'll arrange for you to send it to us in an overnight FedEx letter free! Model 120 or Model 180? This is a question we get a lot these days. The basic Model 120 has been working perfectly for about 95% of our installations using a Helpinstill for amplifying a grand piano. In the event your situation is unusual, and requires the extra noise reduction of the Model 180, we can easily trade out your sensor strips for the Humbucking type, and you pay only the difference in cost. In other words, get the cheaper one first, try it out, then trade up if necessary. In either case, you'll be assured of great piano sound, since Helpinstill brings over thirty years of expertise in the field of piano acoustics and audio engineering to your assistance.
